⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend this clinic WOW. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I was genuinely surprised when I arrived to find that Jane had thoroughly read the detailed notes I submitted prior to my appointment — to the point where I was embarrassed I hadn’t provided even more information. I have gone without a regular GP for years because I’ve never found one I truly connected with. Many integrative doctors have mixed reviews, but Jane’s are glowing — and for very good reason. Her depth of knowledge is exceptional, and the care she provides feels thoughtful, personalised, and genuinely thorough. What really sets Jane apart is her approach: she focuses on identifying the root causes of disease, preventing future illness, and supporting long-term health and longevity — not just treating symptoms and moving on. This felt refreshing and incredibly reassuring. I’ve already recommended Jane to so many people, and I’m genuinely excited to continue working with her. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

I have put my trust in Dr Jane Chapman for many years. I have found her to be a genuine and caring GP with a deep understanding of general and complex medical issues. She is personable and approachable making it easy to discuss all health issues. Her treatment is comprehensive and holistic which promotes future wellbeing.

I was made to change my appointment a number of times with staff from this practice. They couldn’t tell me consistently if I could book a double appointment in one day or not. It was booked then rescheduled then changed then booked to the original. The communication is awful and rude and when I expressed my frustration I was told I was the bully. Dr Chapman charged me a full double appointment fee $570. This was on me as I didn’t realise there was time difference in Sydney- silly on my end but I had called the practice 8 times to see if there was a delay it cancellation given the mix up from their end over yeh last 4 weeks and no one got back to me. When Dr Chapman called me late- I was driving to the central coast and couldn’t stop on The freeway to take notes. She asked me what I wanted to do and I said I would have to call back. Then I realised I was charged the full amount of a double appointment $570.25. I wish she told me this as I would have had her run through the results I waited 6 weeks for, even briefly. I emailed her so she could understand my frustration wasn’t just about the delay but about the last 4 weeks of miscommunications and I asked that she would consider seeing me again without the full fee. The response from her office was that she would not tolerate me bullying them. I never swore, raised my voice or used hateful/disrespect words.i said i was frustrated with the ongoing miss communications of this appointment. Now im no longer able to contact her for further appointments even though she ordered a DUTCH, GI MAP and pathology and charged me a double appointment. The y just want your money. They don’t care for patients. I can also see how their staff respond to bad reviews to belittle the person reviewing. I wish I read these reviews prior to travelling from Sydney to see her. I obviously wanted her help. I was truly desperate for it but they don’t care.

Walking into Won Wellness Clinic honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. From the moment I arrived, the whole team treated me with so much care, respect, and genuine warmth. You can really tell they’re passionate about what they do. The practitioners here don’t just rush you in and out they take the time to listen, understand what’s really going on, and support you in a way that feels personalised and empowering. Every appointment leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and so much more connected to my health. What I love most is how calm and welcoming the clinic feels. It’s the kind of place where you actually look forward to your appointments because you know you’re in safe, skilled, and caring hands. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done for me. Thank goodness we found Dr Chapman! Jane has been nothing short of amazing when helping our family with all of our medical needs and concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and it is refreshing to know that she spends a lot of her time constantly studying and learning about up to date information to better help patients with their concerns. What I love about Jane and her clinic is she doesn’t tell you what you want to hear or just put you on medication to make you happy like most other GP’s. If there is nothing that can be done, she tells you just that. For example, my son had a rash on him that was not life threatening, just uncomfortable. Most GP’s would have stuck him on a steroid cream and sent him on his way. But Jane, explained that it could be from a variety of different things but most likely it will be self limiting and go away on its own. She sent him for some quick bloods to rule out the main allergy markers which came back fine and the rash settled on its own in a few weeks. Another example of how much she has helped us was after my son had his appendix removed. My son had had severe abdominal pain for a year after having his appendix removed. We represented at the hospital multiple times and my son was given antibiotics and sent home. That was until I took him to see Jane. She explained how important the appendix really is and since he was now without one, his gut microbiome had to be restored properly. So after 3-4 months on some natural remedies all of his pain was gone, bowels working normally and he hasn’t looked back, this is 2 years ago now. I could keep going on with all the success stories we have had with Jane. She truly is such a blessing in our lives 🙏🏻
