Ping has worked miracles with muscular / nerve pain in my back. A quick session of acupuncture has quickly helped with a lot of the pain. I am so grateful for coming here and I would recommend anyone else with pains to see Ping.

I've been seeing Ping for some years now and would recommend her expertise 100%. I'm not into western medicines, so thought I'd try acupuncture in the hope of managing my anxiety. I've found regular treatments to have been beneficial to my anxiety as well as my overall health and well being. I rarely get anxiety or sick for that matter, I’ve never looked back I find Acupuncture and Chinese medicine has helped with many different health issues, without the nasty side effects of some western medicines. Ping is professional and extremely knowledgeable in the treatment of illness using both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines. I travel from the west for my acupuncture sessions and a massage with Yang, I find the massage is beneficial with the acupuncture. Both Ping and Yang are helpful and friendly and know their stuff, I always leave feeling calm and refreshed.
I have had many experiences with acupuncturists and this has been my favorite experience overall not only in Australia but throughout the world. The staff here is so knowledgeable and helpful. The level of comfort is high as the practitioners have my well being at the center of their practice. They check on me often. They always remember my personal health goals. I am forever grateful for the vitality they have brought into my life.
I edited my review to show 5 stars after an issue I had with Health Insurance was dealt with very kindly and professionally by Ping. The remedial massage I had was good. I'm very keen to try acupuncture and would go back. Thank you Ping for being so great about clearing up an issue and offering a solution. Fantastic customer service.
