I can highly recommend John. I called him with a very stiff and painful neck, and he saw me that very same day. He is incredibly warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable and I felt immediately at ease in his care. He was generous with his time and energy, and the pain was gone straight away after the session. A few days later, he took the time to see me again just to check on how my neck was progressing. I felt genuinely cared for and supported throughout the entire experience. John is an absolute lifesaver! Thanks John! ☺️

I was quite nervous going into my first ever dry needling session, as I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, from the moment I met John, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment, the results and the relief I felt afterwards. I would highly recommend John. He knows what he is doing and does a great job 😃

Terrible service. Came in for a session for dry needling for upper back and neck pain after being recommended by a physiotherapist to give it a go. In the lobby before my appointment he said to another customer waiting that my appointment wont take long, in a tone that insinuated I shouldn’t be there. Then I was basically shamed for ”being too young for having these symptoms and issues,” and that something is wrong with me and that my problems aren’t caused by my tight muscles (they are.) He told me I would not benefit from his services and didn’t think he could help me, but would do the service if I wanted to. Mind you, he didn’t even take a look at me or what’s going on. I travelled for an hour for this clinic, only to walk out five minutes later because I felt awful. During these few minutes he managed to tell me how experienced he is in his profession, but you would think in those years of service a health care professional would learn some customer communication skills. Or even maybe a phone call or an email before hand next time so you dont waste people’s time?

I have been seeing John for over 20 years! He is without a doubt one of the very best in his field. I now live on the Gold Coast and I still come to see John for my chiropractic and dry needle sessions. I highly recommend making an appointment with John.
