Amazing customer service. I went for pre conception, the first trimester roughness and then for the third trimester. All the time amazing, and I feel it really helped throughout the journey. Just recently to I booked my sister in for her induction acupuncture, and it worked so well she went into labour the night before she event went in for her appointment 😂😂 canceling the appointment was no drama for them for obvious reasons. In all seriousness, you guys are lovely and amazing and have great customer service. Thanks 🙏

I have been visiting the clinic for almost 18 months now. I credit a huge part of my healthy pregnancy and birth to the amazing work that Donna and her team perform. It has addressed my health issues and has just been safe place to de-stress. The ladies have been key to my postpartum journey too. The clinic also provides a good package discount. I could not recommend this clinic enough. Book your first appointment and don't look back.

I started seeing Donna after having a third miscarriage and feeling at a loss for how to help my body carry a pregnancy. Alongside giving me excellent acupuncture she listened to me cry and gave advice on small changes I could make to my diet and lifestyle that could help. Then when I fell pregnant again she reassured me week by week that everything would be ok and to just take things one week at a time. I continued acupuncture throughout that pregnancy and now I’m watching my beautiful 6mo daughter giggle and smile and I owe so much of that to Donna and the acupuncture pregnancy clinic, she gave me so much help and compassion. Can’t recommend them more highly

I cannot recommend The Acupuncture Pregnancy Clinic at Westmead highly enough. Donna and the team supported me through my years-long fertility journey, and I now have a happy and healthy 18-month-old thanks to their incredible care. The practitioners are highly knowledgeable and empathetic. They not only prepared me physically and emotionally for each step of IVF, but also brought such reassurance and hope along the way. I’ll never forget that they could tell I was pregnant just from my pulse, before it was even confirmed by the two-week wait blood test! I tried many other local clinics prior, but nothing compares to the honest expertise and genuine support I found here. If you are looking for compassionate and expert guidance on your fertility journey, this is the place to go.

I had treatments for about 9-12 months and had a 10/10 experience. I was supported throughout the ivf journey emotionally and with the actual treatment sessions. I couldn't be more grateful for each of the team! The team were skilled, sensitive to the situation of multiple rounds of ivf and always had an encouraging, positive perspective on things.
