I am so appreciative of Kristi Anna’s expertise, knowledge, kindness, flexibility & intuitive treatment. I love that she does a bit of massage at the beginning to get a feel for where the pain is prior to needling. I go out of my way to attend Vitality Therapies because I have very complicated pain & I trust Kristi Anna.

Kristi-Anna is such a lovely, caring, compassionate, friendly, kind and supportive person. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She has such a beautiful soul and I think she has a special gift with knowing exactly how to help people. I have been receiving acupuncture once a week, since last year. I feel so much better and relaxed after each session, not only physically but mentally as well. She always takes her time with her patients and never rushes, because that shows she truly cares. She will make sure that she can help you with your problems and find the best solution to make you feel better. Kristi-Anna is also very easy to talk to and get along with. She has helped me a lot over this last year, which I'm very grateful for and can't thank her enough, especially for helping me get through a very hard time and get to where I am today and is still willing to help me with ongoing treatment. She also has very nice and caring staff. I would definitely recommend, if you need acupuncture... please go see Kristi-Anna at one of her clinics, you won't regret it.
Kristi-Anna is the absolute best! She undoubtedly is the most caring and kind practitioner I have ever come across. Extremely knowledgeable and I always appreciate how holistic and tailored her approach is to my specific needs. Her and her team are just so lovely; every appointment is just so calm and I’ve never once felt rushed. Absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone!
